Agfa CM+98060PWA12 (Convertec SK18001999 / L7.8060.PWA1.2) DC power supply repair service

 

At A1 Power Engineering (UK) we offer a comprehensive repair, refurbishment and recalibration service for all products manufactured by Convertec Power Electronics including the custom SK18001999 / L7.8060.PWA1.2 dc power supply (CM+98060PWA12) as commonly used within Agfa / Fuji and Walters Minilab D-Lab 2 & 3 printers.

Due to known intermittent issues with this psu we strip down the unit completely and inspect, test and replace (refurbish) various troublesome components known to cause problems. 

This is a complex psu comprising of 10 individual SMPS converters (including PFC) with custom signalling / control interface features. We have reverse engineered this product and as a result all converters  / outputs are fully overhauled and load tested.
